What the service is

IBKRBot is software that executes trading rules you define, on your own account at a broker or exchange that you connect yourself. We never hold or access your funds, and we place no trade outside the rules you have set.

Trading carries a risk of loss, and you may lose some or all of your capital. MaxLevels does not provide investment advice, does not manage money, and guarantees no outcome.

Your account and your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, for the rules you configure, and for reviewing their results. Broker and exchange credentials are stored encrypted and used only to run what you asked for.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to reach other accounts or our systems by unauthorised means.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are sold monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

To cancel, write to us and we will cancel it for you. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops, and you are not charged again.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that your broker or exchange will be available, that markets will be open, or that an order will fill at any particular price. Trading losses are not our responsibility.

Ending the service

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why when we do.
