Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

To cancel, write to us and we will cancel it for you. There is no cancellation fee. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

If the service did not work as described, write to us within 14 days of the payment. We will review it and refund where that is fair.

What is not refundable: trading losses. The subscription buys the tool, not a market outcome — and the tool executes the rules you set.

Refunds are returned by the same method they were paid, through the payment provider.
