What we collect

Your email address, and a password stored as an irreversible hash. The bots you configure and their event history. Your broker and exchange credentials, encrypted. Your subscription record and your customer id at the payment provider.

We do not hold your card details. They are entered with the payment provider and never pass through our servers.

Why we hold it

To run what you asked for, to let you review what happened on your account, and to bill you. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

The AI analyst

If you use the AI analyst, a summary of the relevant bot's activity is sent to an external language-model provider to generate the explanation. Your credentials and password are never sent. The feature is optional and does nothing unless you ask it to.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or delete your account. Write to the address on the contact page and we will respond.
